The Laboratory is our large, multipurpose kitchen where guests can learn how to roll out egg pasta or make bread. A technical space dedicated to the art of agricultural transformation.
In the Farmhouse's tasting room or directly at the Agriturismo, you can sample our dishes made with the best our land has to offer. Or, you can taste our extra virgin olive oil paired with our cheeses or our wine.
The Art of Peasant Eating
The Children's Farm is our Learning Space. You'll be welcomed by our animals, and we'll introduce you to them and teach you how important they are to life on the farm.
Three beautiful farmhouses nestle atop some of our cultivated hills. Rare spaces of beauty and tranquility, where you can lose yourself in the green woods and then find yourself cozying up by the fireplace.
The Capalbio sea needs no introduction. Clean and shallow, it's ideal for relaxing with the kids or taking a canoe trip to explore the Ansedonia cliffs.
Personally, I find it fantastic to venture into the Maremma woods by jeep, quad, horseback, or on foot. Every day is a different "safari" to discover the inhabitants of the Macchia.
