The Taste Excursion
Within our farm, we've created trails to explore the Maremma flora and fauna. Through their tracks, we'll learn about the animals that inhabit our woods, and the leaves, flowers, and fruits will tell us about the trees and shrubs that make it so impenetrable and wild. We'll walk through our cultivated fields and then find an oak tree to rest under and enjoy a healthy peasant meal.
The cultivated fields
We'll stroll through wheat and oat fields, discovering the processes required to produce these precious grains. Caressing the ears of corn, we'll reach the bivouac, set for a feast of our traditional dishes and fine wine.

From the Olive Grove to the Forest
We'll meet at the Agriturismo entrance to tackle the climb up our olive grove, learning about each variety's unique characteristics, including ripening and harvest times. We'll then cross fields of alfalfa, wheat, and oats, reaching the trails, and enter the woods to discover its inhabitants and their hiding places.

The Table under the Stars
Romance, Peace, Well-being.
We'll savor local delicacies under the starry sky; we'll set up a table in the middle of nowhere, atop one of our hills, and toast the sunset with only the sounds of nature in the background. A delicious, convivial, unique evening.

Aperitif with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A rather special aperitif, rich in aroma and flavour.
Together we will taste five types of extra virgin olive oil from different Italian regions, pairing them not only with a delicious bruschetta made with farm bread but also with some of our restaurant's most famous dishes.
